These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of ONCE 11, Kreanet’s platform for football clubs and academies. By using the site or subscribing to the service you accept them.

Use of the site

The information on this site is commercial and may change without notice. Published prices are monthly, in Colombian pesos, and apply from their publication.

The ONCE 11 service

• ONCE 11 is offered as a cloud service on a monthly subscription, according to the chosen plan.
• The club owns the information it enters and is responsible for having its data subjects’ authorizations, especially those of the legal representatives of minors.
• Kreanet provides the service diligently, keeps backups and publishes regular improvements.

Payments and suspension

• The subscription is paid in advance each month.
• If a payment is not made by its due date, Kreanet may pause access to the system until the payment is brought up to date. Pausing does not delete the club’s information.

Termination

The club may cancel its subscription at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period. On request, Kreanet delivers a copy of the club’s information in a commonly used format.

Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and trademarks belong to Kreanet. The subscription grants a right of use, not ownership.

Liability

Kreanet is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, force majeure) or for misuse of accounts by the club’s users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
